Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at VAPEPIE-SVIP. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• Hygiene & Safety Exception: Due to the nature of our products (often consumables or personal hygiene items), products that have been opened, filled, or used CANNOT be returned for health and safety reasons, unless the item is defective upon arrival (DOA).

Damaged or Defective Items (DOA): If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photo or video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process:

1. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Email our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return authorization.

3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
