Shipping Policy

At VAPEPIE-SVIP, we are committed to providing efficient and secure delivery services. Our warehouse is located in California, USA, and we currently ship exclusively to customers within the United States.

IMPORTANT LEGAL COMPLIANCE (PACT Act): In compliance with federal laws (the PACT Act) and local regulations, ALL orders containing nicotine or related vape products MUST require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended at your door. Please ensure an adult with a valid government-issued ID is available at your shipping address to sign for the package. Failure to provide an adult signature may result in the package being returned to us, potentially at the customer's expense. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders from our California warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving your order.
